Saltwood

The bath house

Heat, cold
water, quiet.

Cedar, steam, cold sea, warm wool. We keep no treatment menu and no schedule of classes, just heat, cold and quiet, in that order, as often as you like.

The ritual

Heat, cold, quiet.

The sauna

Cedar throughout, lit each morning and evening, with a round window set exactly at sitting height, so the sea performs while you sweat. Every stay includes a private hour each day; tell us when you want it.

The cold dip

The shore path leads straight to the water. There are towels by the door and no judgement whatsoever about how long you stay in.

The quiet room

A small room with a daybed, a wool blanket and a window on the dunes. No screens live there. Most guests mean to stay ten minutes.
