The room

The Salt Loft fills the top floor beneath the original rafters, low-ceilinged and warm. A skylight above the bed opens to the moving sky, and rain on glass is part of the stay here.

There is a reading chair, a wool blanket of some weight, and a bath tucked behind the stair. Reached by the staircase only; worth every step.
